On Saturday July 31st Leopold will be having their 127th Annual Picnic at St. John Church in Leopold. A country dinner will be served from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. The meal includes beef, fried chicken, and chicken and dumplings with all the trimmings. Dinner will be carry out only and cost $12 for adults, $5 for kids 6-12, and kids 5 and under eat for free. There will also be games, gift shop, ice cream, and more. Bands will be playing from 3 p.m. to midnight as well. The bands playing are Whippoorwill Holler and Old Cape Road.
