Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation will be having The Cary Flanagan Memorial Softball Tournament at The Shawnee Park Sports Complex Saturday August 17th from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Men’s, coed adult, and girls fast pitch divisions are all offered.
