V. DESCRIPTION OF INITIATIVES LISTED IN 47 CFR 73.2080 (C) (2) TAKEN BY OUR EMPLOYMENT UNIT:
Conducted the following initiatives:
Participated in Job Fair on April 15, 2009 held by Shawnee Community College.
The station in cooperation with Idea Bank and SESAC participated in a scholarship program to assist students in pursuing a career in broadcasting. Aired announcements on all stations to encourage participation. Announcements aired Jan 28 – Feb 15, 2010.
September 16, 2009 and October 14, 2009 participated in a company held job fair.
Participated and attend two Idea Bank meetings which offered further education in EEO. April 2009 and October 2009.
Conducted and Internship with West Kentucky Workforce Invest Board summer works program. May, June, July, and August 2009

Employees are informed of our EEO policy thru meetings
VII. OUR PROGRAM IS REVIEWED REGULARLY FOR EFFECTIVENESS
During the review, suggestions are asked for on how we can improve our EEO Program. During review, we look for any problems in our program and how, if any are found, we can correct them.
VIII. PAY, BENEFITS, SENIORITY PRACTICES, PROMOTIONS AND SELECTION TECHNIQUIES ARE ANALYZED DURING OUR QUARTERLY REVIEW.
